The River North Greenway Master Plan provided a vision for three distinct planning areas along the South Platte River between 20th Street and the northern city limits.   Developed through partnerships with The Greenway Foundation and Denver Parks and Recreation Department, the River North Greenway Master Plan will establish a new vision and recommend development, financial and regulatory guidelines for parks, recreational and environmental enhancements, expanded public open space and improved water quality within the River’s channel.  The implementation of this plan will continue the championing of the South Platte River and the idea that “Green = Green” by enhancing the quality of urban living north of the Central Platte Valley.
