THK Associates, Inc. helped to prepare a detail market study and a conceptual site plan for the potential highest and best use of this site. Proposed development includes a strategically located truck fueling facility with service and dining facilities; a retail center including grocery, restaurants and support retail uses as well as a motel. Much needed housing relating to the oil industry was incorporated and includes an apartment complex and duplex units.
