Located immediately adjacent to an expanding medical campus, THK was hired to develop a conceptual master plan for Lake Center, a 23 acre site planned to attract investments and tenants. This site is located at a major intersection and visibility was a paramount importance. Large water features and identity monuments were situated at the front of the development to increase the visibility to the site.

Facilities were planned to help support the medical campus and included a daycare facility, a bank and related office support structures, as well as restaurants and a multifamily complex. A “main street” retail was also planned to help create a pedestrian friendly environment where residents could shop, relax and interact in a vehicular free environment.
