Trailside at Northstar
Client:
Working with East West Partners, Chris Dunn, while a principal at SE Group and EDAW, created a site and landscape plan for 16 townhome units with ski-in/ski-out access. The site was very tight and steep but possessed exceptional views and ski access. The resulting grading and landscape plan integrates significant outdoor terraces with hot tubs for each unit as well as preserved many of the existing, mature trees on the site.
