Chris Dunn, while the principal in charge of planning and design for SE Group, was hired to design a 208-unit Ritz Carlton Club and Residence project in the Lionshead Village of Vail. Although the site was very constrained, the landscape architecture is very rich and creates an elegant series of outdoor spaces.
