Pattee Residence
Client:
A weekend hunting cabin located two hours north of New York City, the home, drive and pool were designed to fit into the natural environment, taking advantage of the wonderful mountain views and open, rolling meadows. The project included siting and grading of a new road, arrival court, circulation throughout the property, a pool, outdoor spaces and landscape. The initial Pattee Residence, located n a different site, was completed by Dunn Associates and the second home by SE Group while Chris Dunn was principal in charge of the firm’s land planning group.
