Client: La Veta Trails
In 2019, the Town of La Veta, in partnership with La Veta Trails and the La Veta School District, received a trail planning grant from Colorado Parks and Wildlife. In combination with funds received from the Colorado Health Foundation and the Next 50 Initiative, La Veta Trails hired THK to complete a Master Plan to address parks and open space uses, trail and community walkability alternatives and multi-generational outdoor spaces.
The Master Plan is currently in progress, with an estimated completion date of June 2020. Click here to view the concept boards from Public Meeting #2.
