Dunn + Kiley were the landscape architects for the $884 million Gaylord hotel and convention complex adjacent to the Denver International Airport. The firm worked closely with TVS Architects and Gaylord on the concept site design and landscape framework for the 1,500 room hotel and 300,000s.f. of conference facilities on 85 acres of land. The Gaylord Colorado has been designed to reflect the Colorado experience. The concept is designed to reflect the various landscapes and experiences one finds in Colorado within the hotel and its grounds.
