plan for the entire campus Mr. Dunn’s contracts expanded to include multiple buildings and site-specific projects. Upon obtained master planning zoning approval from the city began a major expansion of the campus including a new college dormitory, a new library, international business center, student union, and parking facilities. In addition, the campus landscape was redeveloped with a series of pedestrian friendly spaces and courtyards. During this time Chris was the owner of Dunn Associates and Principal-in-Charge of SE Group’s Land Planning Group.
